With the approval of a person-related innovation grant, Cleanstream Deutschland GmbH receives important support for its continued organizational growth and the strategic development of the company. The funded position plays a key role in our future innovation processes.
Within 24 months, Cleanstream Deutschland GmbH will modernize and professionalize its organizational structures and digitalize core processes in order to unlock efficiency potential and strengthen business growth. The improved processes and optimized use of resources also contribute to the circular economy in Thuringia and support the reduction of climate risks. The project is supported through a funding program of the Free State of Thuringia, represented by the Thuringian Ministry of Education, Science and Culture, using resources from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF-Plus).
The project focuses on further developing the internal organization and digitalizing central business processes. The goal is to standardize workflows, improve collaboration, and create modern structures that position the company for the future.
The funded innovative personnel play a key role in this: they analyze existing structures, develop new organizational and digital approaches, and oversee their implementation. This results in more efficient processes, reliable management mechanisms, and additional capacity for returning materials into the raw material cycle.
In doing so, the project not only strengthens the long-term viability of Cleanstream Deutschland GmbH but also contributes to the sustainable development of the region — made possible through support from the Free State of Thuringia and the European Social Fund Plus (ESF-Plus).
